Each month we explore a different theme - from the perfect stir-fry to the art of roasting, from the secrets of emulsions to the magic of bread doughs. You’ll watch live demos, taste variations, and then cook your own dish to enjoy around the table with fellow food lovers.

Classes run 6.30-9.00 pm, on the first Tuesday of the month.
