The Cookery Lab is a private culinary experience studio based in West Berkshire, creating bespoke cookery events for children, families, friends and corporate teams.
Led by Sarah, a Leiths-trained chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants — and also a trained chemist — our approach goes beyond following recipes to understanding the flavour, technique and chemistry of cooking.
We now focus exclusively on private bookings, allowing us to create more personal, flexible and memorable experiences for every group.

Our private format means we can offer full exclusivity, a more relaxed atmosphere, and an experience that feels truly tailored to you rather than built around a fixed class schedule.
Our modern teaching kitchen can host groups of up to 20 guests, creating a unique setting for memorable food experiences that bring people together.
